| PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT, (PMU) |
| The project management unit (PMU) will be headed by a Project Director. The Project Director will be a senior Forest Officer from Assam Forest Department in the rank of Addl. P.C.C.F. deputed by the Government of Assam. The Project Director would be supported by Activity Directors and full time supporting/service providing sections, such as the finance, including disbursements, audit, human resources and communication. |
